The Business Model

The hospital can pay for the needed equipment and build out expenses / mobile trailer or RCS can provide for the equipment.

The decision is between building out a cath lab or utilizing ASC equipment (C-arm and four-way float table), as all procedures we perform have been ASC-approved since 2021. Our team, flown in from metro areas, is experienced with both options and already operate in an outpatient setting.

We collaborate closely to support billing and materials management for cases.

The hospital and RCS share a nurse practitioner on-site to oversee the clinic and any diagnostic testing, with additional support from an echo technician and clinical manager.

RCS provides all Cath Lab personnel to operate the lab.

We have a mobile cardiac Cath team that travels for interventional procedures.

RCS also manages the clinic, diagnostic testing, and follow-up for all Cath Lab procedures, with our physician overseeing the interpretation of all diagnostic tests.
