The Business Model

RCS provides hospitals with flexible options to establish cardiovascular services with minimal overhead. Hospitals may either supply their own cath lab equipment and build-out, or RCS can provide and manage the necessary equipment, including mobil units. 

Hospitals may choose between building a dedicated cath lab or using ASC-approved equipment. All RCS procedures have met ASC standards since 2021, and our experienced team operates effectively in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

RCS collaborates closely with hospital staff to streamline billing and materials management for cases.

A shared on-site nurse practitioner oversees clinic operations and any diagnostic testing, supported by an echo technician and clinical manager.

RCS provides all Cath Lab personnel and offers a mobile interventional team for on-site procedures.

 

RCS also manages clinic operations, diagnostic testing, and follow-up support for all Cath Lab procedures, with our physician providing interpretation of all diagnostic tests to ensure consistent, high quality patient care.
